Koba Leïn: "I'm very happy with my renewal. It's a step forward in my career"
Speaking exclusively to VCF Media following the confirmation of his contract extension at Valencia CF, Koba Leïn expressed his happiness at being able to continue his development at the club.
"I'm very happy with my renewal. It's a step forward in my career, and like for any footballer it's something that is very important to me. Being here has been my aim since I was a child, and now is 'the day.' I'm very happy," he said, recounting how 2020/21 went for him on a personal level.

"This was a really nice year for me. I debuted for the first team in the Copa del Rey and scored a goal as well. This shows the confidence that the club have in the VCF Academy and the young players who are coming through."
"My family are here with me, and they are very happy. They always support me, so it's a big day for them as well. I like everything here, from the city, to the fans, to the club itself. I've grown as a person and as a footballer here, with all of the players and the people who are helping us. I want to keep growing."

As for his goals for the coming campaign, the midfielder said:
"My personal aim is to continue with the first team and get more minutes with them next season. I want to be a starter for the first team."
